Dr. Omar Anguiano is originally from southwest Kansas, and is a practicing chiropractor of 20 years now living in Boise, Idaho.

Graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College In Los Angeles.

Practiced in San Diego for 17 years, and moved to Idaho in 2018 with his beautiful wife and 3 children.

National Certified Medical Examiner.  National Registry Number 8955857975.  With this certificate he is able to perform DOT/CDL Physicals on Commercial Drivers Licensed individuals.
