DOT Physical Requirements
The Physical Will Consist Of:
- Review Of Medication
- Review of Health History
- Blood Pressure Check
- Review Of Health Systems
- Hearing Test
- Eye Exam
- Urine Screening (Not A Drug Test)
- Copy of Long Form and DOT Medical Card will be given upon completion
- PDF Version of DOT Forms will be given upon request, so you can Email documents to the DMV of your state.
DOT Physical Exam
The DOT physical is performed in less than 30 minutes. At the End you will be given the Long Form Copy for your use and the Medical Certification Form that you must carry with you at all times.
