What Happens During A DOT Physical?

We will check:

-Check Blood Pressure

-Check Height & Weight

-Check extremities, back and neck.

-Check Blood Pressure

-Check Eyesight

-Review Medications

-Palpate stomach

-Listen to heart and lungs

Do You Perform A Drug Test?

-No. We do perform a Urinalysis, but we are looking for signs of diabetes and kidney function, so yes we still need a urine sample so don’t pee when you get here!

What Happens At The End Of The Exam?

At the end of the Exam, You’ll Be Given Your New Medical Certificate (form 5876) and Long Form (called form 5875), so that you can submit to the DMV of your state.
