The Physical Will Consist Of:
- Review Of Medication
- Review of Health History
- Blood Pressure Check
- Review Of Health Systems
- Hearing Test
- Eye Exam
- Urine Screening (Not A Drug Test)
- Copy of Long Form and DOT Medical Card will be given upon competion
- PDF Version of DOT Forms will be given upon request, so you can Email documents to the DMV of your state.
